This has to be one of the world's most dramatic Islands, the views here are truly breathtaking, from the sugar cubed houses that cling to the cliff tops, to the views of the volcano through to the sunsets over Oia.
This is an Island where you will never tire of the views, wether you see them from the clifftops or the sea.
Be prepared to do a lot of walking, you tend to lose track of time and distance as around every corner you find more and more dramatic vistas.
Thankfully there are plenty of bars/restraunts to stop off for a cooling drink or a bite to eat.
- Pros:Stunning scenery, A place to truly relax
- Cons:Lots of tourists from the cruise ships
- In a nutshell:A totally different Greek Island
