In July 2004 we spent a week on the lovely Greek Island of Zakynthos. Our base was in the small village of Kalamaki which is in the South of the Island.

The Isand is a great place to visit, the atmosphere is relaxed, there is plenty to discover and the island has some truly dramatic scenery.

Would seem the west coast is now accessible by road. Not so in 1984 and no trips to shipwreck beach. Shame about Greek airports and charter flights!!!!
