Having grown up in the 50's and 60's theere were certain "buzz words" in the new media that neeed no further explaination,. The "White House" said..., The "Kremlin" said... Those statements aways invoked the image of leaders of the USA or the USSR. Today we see that the "Kremlin" is a sought after tourist destination and both Russia and the United States have a "White House" for the leadership of their respective (and respectful!) countries!

Shelled during the upheaval and uncertainty as the governemnt of the old USSR desolved itself and became the Russia of today, it gleams in the sun of its revival, as the leaders of Russia face new challenges. The people of Russia and the former leaders of the USSR have mounted one of the greatest, nearly peaceful, sweeping changes the world has ever seen.
