"Berlin, deep feeling" a Berlin Travel Page by AlexDJ

I have been thinking about visiting Berlin for a long time, but only now I've succeded in doing it! This town is really different from all the other european capitals, maybe for its recent past history that has left some uncancelable and deep signs.

In the last decade, Berlin has started a new life, trying to change its facade and to standardize the east side with the west side. For this reason it's very easy to see new, important urban works and on the side the classic eastern style looking building witnessing what this city was 20 years ago.

Despite its huge efforts and the heavy sacrifices that local people have been bearing, the german spirit has allowed to let the town going on with an unexpected efficiency and mantaining an admirable dignity !
