"Puebla Sure to Suprise YOU!" Estado de Puebla by soultraveler

Hello to all. I am in PUEBLA, and for a white guy I am pleasently suprised and happy. The city is so beautiful with old world architecture. The many old and beautiful churches are rivaled only by Rome. The city center is were all the fun is and people. I travel there everyday to play in the river of people shopping in the Street of Cinco De Mayo. The shopping on this street is great. The Zocolo an open air great city square is a place to sit and enjoy a coffee outside and watch people and street performers pass on by.

The weather is nice and hospitable. It rains periodically with cool thunderstorms and lightning in the distance.

i have almost come to a month here..and I have learned one thing...life is short...and I should enjoy it......I mean I should live life for experience...not the stuff that is taught and expected of you...

I want to travel the whole world...I want to see it all...I want to have memories..and love and experiences that last a life time...

In my short time here...I have found that people are lovely around the world...of course I have traveled a lot more then here...but this is the first time on my own dime and time...the last times were with the good old military...and I am done with that crap...so um...yah..learning to live and survive in another cunture is not so bad...

Puebla has everything one would need...the things i find more interesting is the freshness and cheapness of the food...and the people ....the city has much more history than America does..and the churches are really cool..
All in all this is a great place in Mexico.

• Pros:food...public transportation...history...architecture.....people
• Cons:the buses stop at 11pm and I have to take a taxi
• In a nutshell:Wowzers..this place is very hospitable...
