    • Not so much as a tourist trap as a place where I couldn't find much to do. Although this was once the heart of the former East Berlin, it seems kind of open and baren. I did find some Irish pubs on some side streets off Orienburger Strasse to the west of the 'Alex', though. There is a U-Bahn stop right at Alexanderplatz. If someone knows of some cool stuff in this aea, I'd like to know.

    At Least Do This: The Red (due to its color) City / Town Hall is just south of Alexander Platz. It is a neat looking old building fully restored in the years after WW II.

    • Just another pic, this time taken at night. Don't get me wrong, I still managed to have an OK time. All it takes is finding a bit of pils or weizenbier.
