  • This is one of the most facinating experiences during the visit to Malaysia. As Bahasa native speaker (which has similarity with Malay Language), we understand each other when we speak in Malay. Although after several times misscommunication with our Malaysian friends (some of similar words turn to be different meaning), we decided to speak in English.
Most of Malaysian speak excellent English, but I do love the dialect and the way “Malay” additional component add up into English. For example “ You arrange lah” and many other Malay-English mixing. It’s really interesting for me.
