I only spent an hour or two in Kvissleby. I was living in Sundsvall as an exchange student, and at one point I had to go to Kvissleby to get my wallet back. I had lost it on the bus in Sundsvall, and with the help of two Swedes I knew, I found out that my wallet had been found in Kvissleby right outside the police station, and someone had turned it in. They couldn't transfer it to Sundsvall because of all the paperwork they'd have to do, so I had to go to Kvissleby to retrieve my wallet. One of the Swedes and I took the bus to go. When I got it back, my cash was gone, but my cards were still there, and unused (thank God!). I didn't see much of the town - just the police station and the supermarket. But from what I could see, it's a tiny town with not much activity. There aren't any tourist attractions that I know of, and barely anybody was around. It didn't strike me as a place where there are many visitors. |
