"Virginia or DC?" Vienna by etfromnc

Fellow VTers: How do you decide whether to put a tip under the town or city where it is actually located or a nearby larger or more prominent city with which it may be associated? Once or twice I have been accused of being of being a bit on the *** (WOW! VT censors a term which is recognized and often used by every "shrink" in the world.)side so I will confess that I tend to put them under the town where they actually are located but I also hate the thought that someone might miss a really great treat because they did not know to look under Vienna, VA to find Dulles Airport or Wolf Trap National Park.
