    • This is not a practical tip as the photo was taken in 1988 ! This was a state hotel (everything was state owned!) where we spent one night. All the hotels where we went during our 1988 trip were very basic but comfortable. I have read that in 2005, there were several other hotels in Shkod?r but have not checked it as we were on a day trip.
