Bakarac stands at the eastern end of the Bay while Bakar stands at the western end. Bakar is a very small village with only a dozen houses ans stands along the Magistrale Adriatic, the road from Dubrovnik to Rijeka.

We came from Mostar and we had forecast to sleep in Bakar. However, it was already a bit late and there was a nice hotel waiting for us while Bakar was still a good dozen of kilometers away and we did not know if there was any hotel open. So we decided that we would spend the night in Bakarac.

Good choice of Bakarac to stay for the night. All you need is a comfy bed and some good food to eat. Your little puppy sure looks cute. Do you think he likes squid???

I would love to travel along this coast the way you did - such great landscape and views! It is always a bit more fun when you find an OK place to stay without booking ahead!
