Konoba Moski Konjić: Konoba Moski Konjić

Photo 1 and 2. Konoba Moski Konjić stands on Zakrjan, the old town’s promenade, on the eastern side of the peninsula. The promenade is also named Setzlište Petra Kanalevića. The tables are pleasantly set along the water with a good view on Pelješac on the other side of the channel.

Konoba Marinero: Konoba Marinero

Photo 1 and 2. Konoba Marinero stands in a narrow street, ulica Marka Andijica. We went twice to Konoba Marinero and I will present here the best of our meals and drinks.

Photo 3. Korčula lobster is famous and we had to taste it. It was served with pasta and a yummy sauce.

Photo 5. Pošip is a white wine, traditionally grown both in Korčula and in Pelješac. It is one of the top and most famous Croatian wines, now widely grown outside of that area. It has been recently established (2002) by genetic analysis that it originated from the island. It is a dry wine of a golden color and a very pleasant aroma.
