Vrsar, Orsera in Istro-romanian dialect and in Italian, was the residence of the bishops of Porec. The small fishermens' village is now a major tourists center. The harbour has recently extended to a modern marina. Though, the old city (stari grad), on the hill has kept it's character.

It should be a nice place to visit. Ciao!
We got so close to here, and now regret did not take a little time to visit the quaint village for more adventure and siteseeing. You did as always, a fine job of presenting the area visited.
My best friedn from Brazil just got back from croatia and enjoyed it --- looks like I have to visit someday...Wonderful pics, Norman :)

The artist?my guess:Vándor means in Hungarian "traveller". & Csurgó is a city or rather a village in Hungary. i think it could refer to this, because the 2 words are linked like this: Csurgó - Vrsar. thanx for the useful informations & pictures!
