Trebinje Travel Guide: 40 reviews and 189 photos
This page is not about Trebinje. Though this is a city that deserves a visit, we were on our way home and had not enough time to visit this time.
This page is about the landscapes of Republika Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina) along the road from Nikšić (Montenegro) to Dubrovnik (Croatia)

Great picture of Bijela Gora mountain
a fascinating part of the world
Judging by your great photos I see you got round the photo ban :) Signs with children running always pose a danger!!
Lovely scenery Jean-Louis! But as there's no red line through the camera on your 1st "No photo" road sign, I wonder whether it in fact means "Good photo opportunity", pointing out the lovely view of the dam?
Thanks for writing about my town. This church on the Crkvina hill is Hercegovacka Gracanica. Hercegovacka Gracanica is also in the photo named 'Monastery ?' and it is church. Greeting from Trebinje
I, too, have been through this area, albeit as a member of NATO. My tenure here was under a slew of different circumstances, as my job was to rid the area of mines. Great page!
Absolutely wonderful photos of the mountains and valleys. It looks so pretty in this area.
A very scenic page with fabulous photos. Wonderful landscapes of Republika Srpska. Amazing road signs. I believe the artificial Bileæo Jezero is very picturesque. Thanks Jean-Louis for sharing!
Excellent tips and photos on this beautiful part of the Balkans, especially those of the "Trebišnjica river complex"! Those 'old' roads may be narrow, but they look like they are built to last several lifetimes!
