Hammam Meskoutine is a small city, elevation 214 meter, 4 km off the main road from Annaba to Constantine, 14 km to Guelma. However, the road sign does not write Hammam Meskoutine but Hammam Debbagh, which is the name of a 1096 meter high mountain close to the village.

Let us go and visit this amazing place.

Caution : Hammam Meskoutine is not in the wilaya of Annaba but in the wilaya of Guelma.

The falls is so special! Yet the carved names into the cliff is such a special piece of history. Wonderful page!

That Golden Eagle is truly impressive, as are the 98-degree mineral springs and the mineralized curtains and waterfalls.

I found the legend of Sidi-Arzaq intriguing and the Draperies fascinating. And yes the Golden Eagle is truly impressive. This area really is off the beaten path Jean-Louis.
