Hammam Meskoutine is a small city, elevation 214 meter, 4 km off the main road from Annaba to Constantine, 14 km to Guelma. However, the road sign does not write Hammam Meskoutine but Hammam Debbagh, which is the name of a 1096 meter high mountain close to the village.

Another great page on an interesting location.
The falls is so special! Yet the carved names into the cliff is such a special piece of history. Wonderful page!
That Golden Eagle is truly impressive, as are the 98-degree mineral springs and the mineralized curtains and waterfalls.
Ur animal pics were fantastic.
jean louis, another fantastic page about a really interesting place. thanks for sharing this lesser known place with us!
Interesting destination (as usual!) I loved the legend and found those hot springs really interesting! Joyeux Noel, Jean Louis, and all the best for 2007!
This is a really fascinating place, with the intrigue of the confusion about names, the 'wedding party' and the hot springs. An excellent page, Jean-Louis.
I found the legend of Sidi-Arzaq intriguing and the Draperies fascinating. And yes the Golden Eagle is truly impressive. This area really is off the beaten path Jean-Louis.
What a lovely place! Your page makes me want to go there...
Excellent page Jean-Louis! Your pages always contain a wealth of information and are fascinating to read, and this one is no exception to the rule! Thanks for all the work you put in it. These hot-springs look simply amazing!
