I have been in Hôtel Le Corbusier in December 2005. It is convieniently situated if you have a car : you can park on the parking lot of the "Cité Radieuse" and take the metro to go to the city center, 500m away.
The rooms are wide and quiet. You can choose either a standard hotel room or an apartment where everything has been kept how it was in the beginning, with the kitchen (not for use but only for display).
Unique Qualities: As I have written in my "out of the beaten path" tip, the building "La cité Radieuse" was designed by the famous architect Le Corbusier and going to this hotel allows to see it from inside ! They have kept the rooms as they were at the beginning.
This hotel is for those interested in architecture and especially in Le Corbusier ! The manager and his wife are passionate for Le Corbusier and ready to talk about him and his achievements.
