I watched a webcam of the Water Tower for months prior to my trip to Germany. When I finally arrived at the Water Tower, I saw the sign "Blumepeterfest" but could not speak German, so did not know what it was all about. Thank you for explaining! | keida84 Thu Nov 2, 2006 02:11 UTC
