Sking in winter time

Feldberg is a region where lots of people go in winter time to ski or to do snowboarding.

TDF in Germany - Dobel/Black Forest

In 2005 the Tour de France was in the black Forest. So we went there early in the morning to watch them at Dobel. It was wonderful! We got up so early - you know, I like to sleep.... but sometimes there are things which are more important! hahahaha And when we arrived at Dobel, the first mountain of that etape, there were only few people. So we got all the atmosphere from the early morning until the end! It was great! Go there, it is much much better than in TV!

Equipment: I never tried cycling in the Black Forest, but it must be nice to do some mountainbiking there

Toboggan

There is a rather new toboggan run in Todtnau (2004) It was still closed when we were there, but since december it is in use. Must be a great pleasure. Next time, for sure, I will use it!

Everywhere in the Black Forest you have the possibility to hike. The paths are well marked. Nethertheless try to get a map!
