stormy oklahoma

by bryINpoland - last update: Feb 2, 2004

yes i have been to "ok-city" . i only stayed for 2 days and 2 nights but saw what i came to see.

it was stormy weather when i was there, but i heard it is always like that in oklahoma so i guess it was another beautiful day.

i stopped through oklahoma on a cross country trip i did in 01. the reason i wanted to stop in "ok city" was to see the memorial for the federal building bombing. i had heard about what a great memorial it was and had to check it out.

i recommend anyone going to the memorial to put aside a few hours. theres a wonderful museum at the site that u need a lot of time to work your way through. the museum was put together so well and takes u through the time line of how everything happen.the reflections pool and the chairs representing every victim were great ideas and it looks so beautiful at night. i wish i had more then just this one pic to show u but my other pics are in atlanta and u know i am in poland so hopefully i will add those pictures soon.

if u ever go through oklohoma, take the time to stop by the memorial. ofcourse it can be a touching experience so bring some tissues.
