I had a great time at the Monte. The service was great and the hotel was beautiful. I found the breakfast and dinner buffet awesome for a decent price. The casino was pretty lucky for me, and even more lucky for my dad, though he may not agree since the money he won he had to split among the family (me and my sister) even though we are both grown and moved out. Good old mom always looking out for us. The rooms were average size and the hotel offered a lot of different selections when it came to where to eat. Like any hotel in Vegas on the main drag, prices very dramaticly depending on whats going on in town. So take the time to search for the best deals. * Please feel free to rate this tip, or any of my other tips. I am always looking to make improvements. Thank u....
Unique Qualities: I am a pool kind of guy and monte carlo has a great pool area. You can relax in the lazy river, or catch a wave or two in the wave pool. The life guards are nice and there are plenty of beautiful people to look at.

Theres a lot of good things about the New York New York Hotel and Casino. Its one of my most favorite hotels to gamble in, eat in, and stay in. I find the Hotel staff helpful, and they always treated us like we were royalty. The Hotel offers a lot of choices of places to eat, and has all the great food New York City is known for. The shopping was ok, but u know there is a lot better in other hotels and malls throughout Vegas. The rooms are average size, and i always like to ask for a room facing the strip. Not for your ussual reason for wanting to see the sites, but i love to watch and hear the screams of the people on the roller coaster the circles the hotel. This was another lucky casino for me and it had a great atmosphere. One word of advice though, when u are up a couple hundred bucks, and u give your winnings to a friend to make sure that u dont gamble it away. Make sure that friend isnt a Polish girl who gives the money to u when u are drunk and u are not thinking clearly and want to put it all on black. I told her dont give it to me no matter what, maybe it was the language barrier. * Please feel free to rate this tip or any of my other tips. i am always looking to make improvements. Thank you...
Unique Qualities: Ofcourse u know New York New York has the best roller coaster in Vegas. Like i said in my thrill ride section of Vegas, the New York New York coaster has one of the best first drops, and is a very smooth ride, with smooth transitions into the different twist and turns. If u are a coaster lover, u will love this one!

A great and affordable hotel on the strip. I find it to be in a great location being that it is between the Luxor and the New York New York. Two great hotels as well. The service is good like most of the hotels in vegas, and the rooms are average size, nothing specail. The "X" as i like to call it, has a good buffet. I am a buffet lover, so Vegas is paradise to my stomach. Especially when u live in Poland where the food is crap. Sorry Poland friends and residents, but its the truth, i hope i dont insult anyone. I really like the salad bar at this particular buffet. The only complaint i have about this hotel is the parking. Most hotels in vegas have big parking garages and long walks, but i find the parking here to be a pain in the butt, its better just to valet it. The shopping is pretty good, but again not the best in Vegas ofcourse. I would stay here again just for its location alone to the other hotels. * Please feel free to rate this tip or any of my other tips. I am always looking to improve them. Thank you...

Ah yes, whats not to love about California. Some think the hotel should be renamed "Hawaii". Why u might ask? Because just about everybody in the hotel is from Hawaii. Whenever i am in Vegas, i have to make a stop at the Cali to get some good local food from the islands. The Cali has about 3 restaurants that serves some of the best foods from the islands. I always found it funny that people travel all the way from Hawaii, just to eat like they are in Hawaii. Especailly with all the great places to eat in Vegas. But i am grateful since i dont always get the chance to fly home, so i just take a drive over to the Cali while in town and order some of my favorite plates from home. Another reason people from Hawaii favor the Cali is because u have better odds of walking away with some money in your pocket. Since the old casinos are not as lush and appealing to the eye as the new hotels on the south side, the older casinos try to draw people in by making the slots pay out more often. You can also find a lot more of the nickle and penny slots, and the tables have lower buy ins. The senior citizens love this. I will admit that i am like most of u and prefer to stay on the south side with all the glitz and glamour, but when all i got is a pocket full of change, and the craving for some Hawaiian plate lunch, i make a b-line for the cali * Please feel free to rate this tip or any of my other tips. I am always looking to make improvements. Thank you...

Out of every casino that i have stayed in throughout Las Vegas, the Venetian has to be my favorite. Every room in house is a Suite, and for the amount you pay for a room, they better be. The bathrooms are wall to wall mirors, which can be good, or bad. 130sq ft. of bathroom alone, with marble floors. The suite itself is 650sq ft. A sunken living room with a work desk, sleeper couch, dinning table, and TV makes you feel at home. But it is not only the rooms that a fab at the Venetian. The resort itself, was made for a king. No expense was spared when it was built by owner Sheldon Adelson, and opened in 1999. You can not starve at the Venetian when there are 18 restaurants to choose from. Shopping is also an option here, in the Grand Canal Shoppes, with over 500,000sq ft or retail heaven. Here you will feel like your actually walking through the streets of Venice. The canal holds over 1 million gallons of water, and offers romantic gondola rides with singing gondoliers. All this is on the second floor! The casino floor offers over 120,000sq ft of gaming space. Finally make sure you take notice of all the paintings from renaissance and fresco time periods, that line the hotel walls and ceilings. They are all hand painted duplicates of famous venetian paintings, some taking over 1 year to paint. For more on this first class hotel, visit the following link to there officail website.
