Getting around Perth and its outer skirts is made easy by its Trains and Bus system TransPerth.

There are 4 train lines, Fremantle, Midland, Armadale, and Currambine. Ticket prices vary by number of stops, zones, and discounts for students and senior citizens. Tickets are easy to by with the automated machines, and stations are easy to locate with zone maps located throughout the stations. Trains run about every 15 minutes and are ussually not very crowded.

Buses are also easy to catch and tickets can be purchased on board. Drivers are very nice and always saying "no worries". Prices vary on the route u are taking and there are also discounts available. IMPORTANT TO KNOW, YOU MUST PUT OUT YOUR HAND FOR THE BUS TO STOP. Otherwise they will just zoom on by.
