When I started planning my three month European holiday, I decided on which placed I would love to visit and then did the research of these places. I wanted to visit the black forest area which brought me to Freiburg and after reading the top pages on this town, I decided that this was the place to start my Blackforest tour and I was not disappointed. I did not book any accommodation, and that was the only mistake I made. We had to stay in Guldenfingen as we could not find anything in Freiburg that was reasonably priced. This was the only place in Germany where we found nice hot weather. Lady luck did not smile on us weather wise this time around, but she is forgiven as we still had a great time.

I take it you spent your daily budget whilst in Freiburg on shopping hence the McDonalds tips. he he |
