The lovely yellow little Chapelle St Pierre was built in the 14th century and was restored and re-decorated in 1956 by the artist Jean Cocteau. If you want to visit, you will find that it is open from 10am – noon and again from 4pm – 7pm daily. There is an admission charge, but I am not sure how much, as we only got back late and had no time to investigate the inside of the church

One of the first things that I noticed was the Citadel, which was built by the Duke of Savoy in 1560. Today it houses the Town hall, an auditorium, the Goetz-Boumeester museum and the Volti museum. The walls of the Citadel have very nicely been arranged with footpaths and gardens for the visitors to enjoy.
