It was my first experience of staying at this boutique hotel, it had a very definite Italian theme to it. The furnishings where expensive, the staff were very professional and customer focussed.
I had requested an early check-in and on arrival they knew who we were. In addition they had upgraded us to a suite. So a bonus all round. We had breakfast in the bar and it was wonderful and it was a mix of Austrian, Italian and fried food. It was charged at 32€ for the two of us, so I am nor sure if that is good or bad?
The suite was excellent, right at the top of the hotel and it was quite and peaceful; although we found the heating was set at 24C and only gave out cold air!
Close to the city centre and well, a good place to stay even if it was a little expensive.
Unique Qualities: The restaurant Sapori, is apparently an contemporary Italian gourmet restauarnt - we did not eat there but the menu looked good. The H12 bar is again Italian themed, and has a good atmosphere and operate live music frequently in conjucntion with Sound Society.
The hotel offers a gym and sauna. Well worth a visit.
