Visiting Birmingham City Centre I found myself travelling to Birmingham on a day which had the London underground closed due to industrial action by their engineering personnel.
So after a walk, then an A10 bus, then Heathrow Express, then a 205 bus and finally a train from Euston. I arrived at Birmingham New Street station and had a pleasant day in the sunshine and undertaking some work related matters.
It was my first visit to the city and I was very pleased by my experience. |
