Viewing so many questions about hotel /shopping/food in Beijing on VT pages , I decide to give a little assistance to those travellers who want to spend affordable money experiencing real Beijing!
I live and work in Chao Yang district which is in the east part of the city, thus my knowledge about Beijing is limited, most of my information provided below are concentrating on this part of the city. However these can reflect the life of Beijing in someway . I hope these are somehow helpful tip to your China trip!
I will not spend too much time on our famous tourists sites as you may easily get them from other pages!
