Burbank- looking good 100+ years!!

Hollywood is not the only one that constantly rolls film- so does Burbank. In a way, Burbank is attached to the hip of Hollywood- is the set of well sculpted legs that keep Hollywood going. Or, it can be said that Burbank is the backbone of Tinseltown, as the business side and one who deals with a lot of the technicalities of showbiz.

Burbank is the media darling of Hollywood- of both the small and big screen. She is host to Warner Bros, Disney and Insomniac Games, which develops the ever popular video game player, Playstation. Also, NBC has been part of her presence, although NBC is trekking more and more to nearby Universal Studios.

is Downtown Burbank , where to go for much of the town's social gathering and shopping. There is about an equal mix of mainstream and small independent boutique shopping.

• Pros:great downtown area, mountainous views (Verdugo Mntns) , convenient transportation in greater L. A., somewhat under the radar, thus not so" tourist trappy", has an IKEA!!
• Cons:dull industrial views in parts of the city
