And here we go ..... | A typical blue sky - I-40 drive |
For the last 9 years, I drive from New Mexico to somewhere west a few times a year .... but, I hadn't thought of building a 'road trip' page until recently.
So, on this trip I took time to pull over and visit some stops, and to catalogue my favorite places to hang out when I need a break. As I continue on my I-40 journeys I will add more info, pics, and little tidbits :)
Enjoy the ride .... |
| A Dinosaur Fight along I-40 |
| | Hokey bits abound .... Fort Courage - from an old TV show... Giant Tee-Pees and souveniers .... Little pull offs w/ quirky attractions .... Dinosaurs fighting along the emabankment ....
These are just a little sample of what you'll find along the Freeway in Arizona :)
BTW - do you know how hard it is to snap a picture out the passenger window while driving at 75mph - well, I wouldn't reccommend this activity :) |
Another road trip off I-40 This is just a tease of the views you'll find as you leave Kingman Arizona and head for the Tri-state region around Laughlin. (it is difficult to take pics while driving at Hwy speeds)
