Brown's Beach House at the Fairmont Orchid: Great seafood in a beautiful setting

Brown's is a fantastic option for that romantic or special occasion dinner. The restaurant is located on the grounds of the Fairmont Orchid Hotel. The open air restaurant sits on a lawn that overlooks the hotel's lagoon. Feeling the breeze while listening to Nino (a Hawaiian super-sized local musician... see picture) and watching the sun set over the lagoon is truly a special experience. To top it off, the food is amazing and the wine list is great.
