Welcome to Jordan!

It seems that no matter where you go in Jordan, you'll find people welcoming you to their country. It isn't like some places, where that statement will be quickly followed by an invitation to their store or a solicitation to sell you something. It seems that Jordanians really mean what they say. Maybe that is why it is one of my favorite countries I've ever visited.

To begin, I thought I'd put this picture of the late, great King Hussein and his son King Abdullah. I couldn't think of a better welcome to my Jordan page than the past and present king of this wonderful country.
