As the kids grew, so did the size of our campervans, and we are now on to our 4th motorhome, no kids (that want to come on holiday with us) and 1 dog - a different one.
Our first trip abroad was 1989 to France with the children, plus many UK tours as they grew up. Since then we have been to Southern Ireland, France, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg, Belguim, Holland, and in June last year travelled with our dog, down through France, into Spain, as far as Alicante.
Other place we have been, but not in the camper, are Cyprus, Morrocco, Menorca and Venice.
We are going to the opening Ceremony of the Olympics in August.

Pros and Cons
  • Pros:The good thing about living in Romford is that it is within easy travelling distance of the city and also fairly easy to get to the countryside as well.
  • Cons:The bad things are its reputation for drunked punchups in the town centre, although I have never witnessed any of these, but then I never go into the town centre on a Saturday night.
  • In a nutshell:As a whole - its not a bad place to live
