A good value hotel. Certainly not the fanciest but then you pay for what you get. I've been to Bangkok a couple of times and found this location to be great if you like just watching people go about their daily business. They have a great street level lounge/bar from which you can just sit for hours and watch the world go by. The hotel is situated ideally for cheap shopping. The streetside markets and the Pratunam markets are just amazing. Don't miss taking a trip up to the observation deck of the Baiyoke Skytower which is located very close by. Overall I found the staff to be very friendly, the breakfast quite good and the room comfortable. The pool area (pictured) is not too bad. From a value for money viewpoint, this hotel is a real winner!

Our stay in this hotel really was fantastic. Located right next to MBK and the cross over point of the skytrain (siam station) its location was convenient for great shopping and transport to most of the main areas of Bangkok. Staff were friendly, rooms were serviced regularly and cleaned to a good standard and the views of the city from our corner room were superb. The pool is good and my wife was a big fan of the breakfasts. Overall I would certainly recommend this hotel.
