Have you ever been to Switzerland? Queenstown reminded me of a bigger Zermatt (WITH cars, of course). If you are looking for a "locals only" place, this is not it! Even the employees are mostly transplants. But this is definitely a party town. No one here has ever met a stranger. And I met people from all over the world who had come to ski or just work for the season. |
