I had never considered going to Uruguay, but I am happy that I had the opportunity to visit. Montevideo is a tiny place compared to Buenos Aires (which was the main focus of my trip to South America). You can walk the whole city in half a day, but be sure to get to the Ciudad Vieja in the morning, as it seems to pretty much shut down by the early afternoon. |
