During the Summer of 2003 I flew to New England and embarked on a minor league baseball road trip. The journey began and ended in beautiful Burlington, Vermont, a place that I would honestly love to call home. I don't know whether it was the beauty of the environment of the kindness of the people, but there is definitely something special about Burlington.
Or perhaps it has to do with Ben and Jerry's
There is a lot to do in Burlington, something for everyone. This holds true at the Church Street Marketplace as well, where you can find a little bit of everything. It consists of roughly four city blocks that are closed to automobile traffic. There are shops of all sizes and types - restaurants, coffee houses, galleries, bookstores - more than I have space to name!

Beautiful sunset picture. I loved walking along Lake Champlain and Burlington is a great little town.
