We had a week in Rhodes last October - a nice time of year to go as it wasn't tooooo hot but still warm enough (and the kids were all at school so the pool was nice and quiet too!)

Pros and Cons

Pros:Warm, beautiful and scenic with very friendly people
Cons:Too many karaoke bars
In a nutshell:Lovely
