A couple of months ago Sterling Dk were doing great deals on flights to Copenhagen from Gatwick and so we booked a *too good to resist* bargain on the spur of the moment. I am so glad we did! What a beautiful city! We only had a few days here but we managed to see and do a lot, including a VT meeting and a morning in Christiania. Neither of us felt compelled to visit The Little Mermaid with the unnecessary bus trip out of the city to see it, so we didn't bother. The Danes, and the food and the sights were a delight and if there weren't so many other wonderful wonderful places n this world to visit that I haven't seen yet, I would probably return. |
