|  | Before a race the horses are paraded round an enclosure, and then when the jockeys arrive , the horses are led to the starting gate at the beginning of the course itself.
Spectators can sit in the grandstands or stand along the fences surrounding the track.
Inside the grandstands are the Totepool kiosks where punters place their bets. The ground floor of the grandstand has cameras where the race can also be seen, and there is a large screen on the far side of the track as well. |
