Windsor Castle is the Queen's favourite residence. It is open all year round except on Christmas Day and Boxing Day; and on other special occasions. As well as the castle there are other attractions to be seen at Windsor and in the neighbourhood. These include Legoland Windsor which attracts children, the river, the Changing of the Guard.. |

Windsor Great Park covers 4,800 acres, parts of which are open to the public. City Sightseeing Open Top Bus Tours cover the Windsor and Eton area with a commentary in English..
