What an exciting place. I went to Pikes Market, took in the Space Needle, Puget Sound, Jimi Hendrix grave (yes, I drove to a small town called Renton, WA where he is buried). It's a nice structure where he's buried.. I wish it had been a nice day so I could have seen Mt. Renier but on my final day in Seattle, I could see it off in the distance.
I ate at an awesome restaurant on the pier called "Anthony's Pier 66" where I had their Hawaiian Ahi. I guess that's a cool sounding name for tuna.
I toured Safeco Field where The Mariners play. I couldn't get tickets to any games because every game was sold out but the tour of the stadium was nice.

Neat slice of Seattle, Greg! Interesting to read about the Starbuck's at a gas station, 1000 bats artifact and those toilet paper designs. I just might have accepted that offer to get stoned with Jimi ... nice of the kids to have asked though *LOL*
