Predjama is a very small village, famous for its castle. It’s close to another major attraction in Slovenia, the Postojna caves.
The castle is great, and also the cave under the castle is worth a visit. And fortunately there were fewer tourists than I had expected, it seems that we either had chosen the right time or that most people only visit the Postojna cave!
At the Postojna cave we saw the big parking with lots of busses, and decided to visit another cave instead, the Pivka & Black Cave. I didn’t regret it, it’s a nice cave and we were a group of only four persons! |
