Nieheim is a small town about 33km east of Paderborn, near the Teutoburger Wald (Teutoburg Forest). The centre is nice with its old half-timbered houses, and there is an interesting museum called Westfalen Culinarium, that deals with different foods. Obviously Nieheim is also known for its cheese, although I’ve never heard of that Nieheimer Käse before.
