Valkenburg aan de Geul is a town in the Netherlands, situated at the river Geul. It's situated in the south of the Netherlands, in the hilly part, about 12 km east of Maastricht. It's a touristic town, with lots of hotels and restaurants.
We've been there just for a few hours, and visited the castle ruins and the cave next to it. Both has been very interesting. There's another cave that you can visit, and probably there are some more sights!
