Hi all. My home town is Cambridge, UK, where I currently work and study as a postgraduate.
I've lived in Bray, Co. Wicklow in Ireland, and worked in Blackrock Co. Dublin where I used to be a graphic designer. Some of my family are originally from Co Kerry area a few generations back.
I've also lived in the USA, studying at Marshall University in Huntington West Virginia. Despite the lack of arts investment and decent shopping, WV grew on me - the people I met were fantastic.
I'm very keen on visiting some parts of Latin America and I am currently trying to learn Spanish. And Danish. But I'm awful at both!
I am always looking for the opportunity to travel because it keeps me sane and thankful to have new experiences. When you're a stranger a long way from home you get to find out that most people have kind, warm hearts :-)
