Bombed to rubbel in 1945 Dresden has since and continues to rebuild itself as a world city. Even a few years ago most of the Altstadt, the Frauenkirche in particular, was in ruins. Now the old church and structures of the Altstadt stand, proudly once again on the banks of the Elbe.

Hmm, Dresden. Das Florence am Elbe. Bin dort zwei mahl mit sehr viel Vergnuegen gewesen, aber habe die Frauenkriche noch immer nicht gesehen. Mach weiter so! Paul
