The Famous Hindu's temple

Batu Caves is a limestone hill in the Gombak district, north of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia which has a series of caves and cave temples. It takes its name from the Sungai Batu or Batu River, which flows past the hill. Batu Caves is also the name of the nearby village. The cave is one of the most popular Hindu shrines outside India.

There are 272 steps that a visitor has to climb in order to access the temple at the summit of the hill - named white caves which there are sunlight coming through the caves. There are another one named dark caves, this caves are restricted, it is now running by a private company, you can pay and get them to guide you through the caves. I havent been in there..

You can see besides the staircase, there are a new statue name: Lord Murugan which was builded and reveal in Jan 2006, they have spended 3 years for it.. it is very nice..
