    • I came here with my son in March and stayed for 4days. Staff very helpful and the waiter encouraged both of us to speak Spanish at breakfast time.

    Unique Qualities: We were lucky enough to get a top floor room which had a balcony. Unfortunately there was not much of a view!!
    Good breakfast.

    • A good clean and comfortable hotel. It is centrally located near the Puerto del Sol and the Royal Palace.
    The staff were friendly and helpful. There is an excellent choice for breakfast which is buffet style.
    There is a restaurant on the ground floor which is open to non-residents. If you have dinner at 10pm you will be served by singing waiters. The menu however was not cheap!

    Unique Qualities: The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to Madrid Barajas airport for only 6 Euros, which is good and only takes 30 minutes. Excellent idea instead of having to carry the suitcases up and down the Metro.

    • A very centrally located hotel. About a 2 minute walk from the metro station and very good location for restaurants and all the major attractions like the palace and Plaza De Espana.

    Unique Qualities: Nothing unique about the hotel. Standard rooms with clean good sized bathrooms. Breakfast offered was of a good quality with a hot and cold buffet. Shares some facilities with a sister hotel next door. I would stay here again for the location.
