I must admit I had preconceived ideas about Marbella before I went but having spent the weekend there those thoughts were unfounded. I always imagined it to be a place of lager louts and fish and chip restaurants. How wrong I was. The place is clean and sophisticated and has a style that it should be proud of. The people are warm and friendly and the old town is full of Spanish charm.
I would not normally choose to go to a commercialised resort but how could I resist when Carmen and Stace organised the second European meeting? The weekend was full of fun, laughter, gorgeous waiters, good food and lots of good photographers.
I have only included a couple of recommendations as these pages are meant to be memories of a VT meeting. |

|  | Husband and friend For me the best thing was the camaraderie shared by everyone. We came from all parts of the world. America, Canada, Australia and all corners of Europe too. A big thank you to Carmen and Stace who were always on hand to help. They must have been exhausted by it all.
VT meetings are what we make them so long may they continue. |
