Enniscorthy a town south of dublin. One of the most significant locations in the 1798 rebellion is well worth a visit. There is a good visitor centre there which deals with this rebellion.Once here make sure you visit Vinegar Hill on a sunny day a historical spot with a tremendous view
- Pros:Great town, very scenic
- Cons:Hilly
- In a nutshell:Stay a while....

We visited here for a day after catching a ferry whilst on holiday in Wales, simply because my grandfather was born here in 1879.
