Late Spring on the Main Range

The Australian continent's highest peak is a mere bump on face of the Earth, however don't allow this to discourage nor fool the mind. The Great Dividing Range is amoungst the world's oldest mountain ranges and in a sort of way they are it's mightiest "hills". Mt Kosciuszko (2228m), a part of the Main Range is found with in the Kosciuszko National Park which is located at the south eastern corner of the state of New South Wales.

Hiking is one of the key motives for many visiting the Kosciuszko National Park, while bicycle touring has also become a popular actively for those in search of a self propelled adventure.
